New Computer & Netscape issues want to move email and bookmarks

Hi! :thumbsup: , I'm new to this forum, but found you by searching the Web. I have a new computer and am having trouble figuring out how to transfer my Netscape 7.2 mail and bookmarks to my new computer. I have read lots of information, but when I try to find the links they suggest, I can't find them.

HELP!

Where are you transferring these FROM?

My old computer had Windows XP as does my new one and I am using Netscape 7.2 on both. I just can't find my mail to transfer. I have transfered my bookmarks and addressed. This is so frustrating as I have done it before, but just cannot seem to do it this time. :thumbsup:
