I love it what its trying to teach, and I personally things its great, but I dont want to advertise this as a sticky to much as there are people of all ages on this site, and though the profanity is minimal at best, I dont want people to be offended.

If anyone would like to create a post on what the video teaches, I would be more than happy to sticky it though as I think it is an important concept.
