Why don't my computer show movies in fullscreen? I have it in fullscreen mode but it won't show

My sister's computer show all videos full screen. My computer won't. I have vista, hp 20 in monitor. Her monitor is 20 in as well. I have a way better graphics card than her too. I don't know what's wrong. I have Nvidia Geforce 9800 GTX+.
