Starting Outlook 2007 Outlook will not start. Get error message

This started some time ago. When I execute the program I get the following message; "Cannot start Microsoft Outlood. Cannot sopen the outllook window." I have tried system restore to back before the problem started. Did not fix. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Office suite. Still no fix. All of the other programs work fine. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
