I'm trying to identify a volume on the hard disk. | When I go into Disk Management, it shows the hard disk as “Disk 0”, with 3 volumes. I can’t figure out what the 1st volume is—it doesn't have a drive letter, it says free space = 100%, and when I right-click on it, the only option is ‘help’. Can you tell me what this is, and if it can be deleted? I'm attaching a screenshot. Thanks in advance.
