My computer has been having issues just recently that worries me. I don't know what could be wrong or how to fix it.
#1 When I turn it on, it makes a couple of clicking sounds on the inside of the computer till it fully turns on.
#2 It shut itself down last night.
No viruses.
Anyway of knowing what may be up? Thank you.

That sounds a lot like a hard drive failure.
If you can get it started I suggest that if there are any pictures/music/files/etc. that you want to save you put them on a flash drive or burn to disks while you can.

Hmm I downloaded Aida32 and it states that the HDD is at 98% health.

Aida is not a hard drive diagnostic to be relied on, in such cases.
If you want a reliable status, use the diagnostic available for download at the hard drive manufacturer's website. Run the extended test, if a short and long one are offered.

Aida32 can only report on the disk & data statis.
It can not detect & warn of all impending mechanical failures.
The disk may be near perfect but the clicking noise you hear is a indication that the arm with the read/write head is in the early stages of failure.
They simply don't get better nut do get worse.
