BleepingComputer.com: Please Help McAfee Install Causes Explorer.exe Application Error

I have installed McAfee Virus Scan Enterprise 8.5.0i with installed patches 7 on my PC (Windows Vista Home Premium SP2).
The virus scan is successfully installed on the machine and works fine (After installation I had to update windows defender as well because there was a warning from security centre coming).

The only problem is whenever I shutdown/restart/logoff my home PC it gives a message "explorer.exe Application error. The memory at..... could not be referenced...." and I have to press ok button to complete the operation.

It is cause of great annoyance. Any help is highly appreciated. I have run sfc /scannow, everything seems to work ok. If I unstall Virus Scan it is fine but I want to keep it as I have only this McAfee Virus Scan Enterprise as a good antivirus software. I hope other members in this forum would help me in resolving this issue
