ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.
To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Hi and welcome to BleepingComputer
Let's take a look with malwarebytes. The process of cleaning your computer may require temporarily disabliling some security programs. If you are using SpyBot Search and Destroy, please refer to Note 2 at the bottom of this page. Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and save it to your desktop. alternate download link 1 alternate download link 2
-- If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you may be asked to reboot your computer so it can proceed with the disinfection process. Regardless if prompted to restart the computer or not, please do so immediately. Failure to reboot normally (not into safe mode) will prevent MBAM from removing all the malware. Note 2: -- MBAM may make changes to your registry as part of its disinfection routine. If you're using other security programs that detect registry changes (like Spybot's Teatimer), they may interfere with the fix or alert you after scanning with MBAM. Please disable such programs until disinfection is complete or permit them to allow the changes. To disable these programs, please view this topic: How To Temporarily Disable Your Anti-virus, Firewall And Anti-malware Programs -------------------- "In a world where you can be anything, be yourself." ~ unknown Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook |

Let's back up your registry with Erunt.
Backup Your Registry with ERUNT
Note: to restore your registry, go to the folder and start ERDNT.exe Please print out and follow these instructions: "How to use SDFix". <- This program is for Windows 2000/XP ONLY. When using this tool, you must use the Administrator's account or an account with "Administrative rights"

Sorry Rigel, I have some bad news. After i ran MBAM and restart my computer, my laptop couldn't get on to windows mode. An error says that my laptop couldn't start due to some changes from a new install hard drive or software, and I am left with a screen that allows me to choose "safe mode, safe mode with connection, start with last known good configuration, start normally". I tried every option, but every single one of them restart my computer, and the same error occurs. I couldn't get to my windows and so I was frustrated. In the end, I chose to use the restore system and reinstalled all the applications. Atleast I still have some of files by choosing this option (I'm very sorry if there was another way to get back to windows without doing system restore). I am still afraid that my laptop is still infected, but I don't know what to do. Please help.

Don't apologize. Did you do a system restore - this usually puts the system back to its out of box state, or did you do a repair install?

It was a system repair I think (i'm not really sure about the difference between them), since I have to press f11 to be able to use it.

I am not familar with what your computer maker had set up. Is everything reloaded as it was when you both it, or does it still have personal files?

All the installed applications are removed.(softwares like yahoo messenger, video player). But the personal files that I created and downloaded are still there.

Please rerun malwarebytes. If you still have downloaded files, you probably did a repair install. Please post the new log.

Okay. One more scan...
Before we start fixing anything you should print out these instructions or copy them to a NotePad file so they will be accessible. Some steps will require you to disconnect from the Internet or use Safe Mode and you will not have access to this page. Please download Dr.Web CureIt and save it to your desktop. DO NOT perform a scan yet. alternate download link Note: The file will be randomly named (i.e. 5mkuvc4z.exe). Reboot your computer in "Safe Mode" using the F8 method. To do this, restart your computer and after hearing your computer beep once during startup (but before the Windows icon appears) press the F8 key repeatedly. A menu will appear with several options. Use the arrow keys to navigate and select the option to run Windows in "Safe Mode". Scan with Dr.Web CureIt as follows:
