javascript turned off cant enter to any webpage with "video " tag

hi there ,
cant enter to any webpage that have "video" tag .. well i supposed that .. i used the ninjaproxy.com to browse youtube.com, but still cant see any videos .. the web page run but cant see the videos there is a message up that says your javascript is turned off. i used internet explorer, i think i may have my firewall with some blocked ports.. i already do the tools, internet options procedure but still doesnt work what else i can do?
