BleepingComputer.com: Divx Issue

When watching a divx video online i used to have no problems in either firefox or IE. After upgrading both divx web player and my flash player a few weeks ago i started having problems. I can watch the videos with minimal issue (some videos lag a bit more than usual but that could just be the connection i am on) in the regular view. But when i try to watch a video in fullscreen i have multiple problems. First the screen takes a while to flip over and then video playback starts to lag/go out of synch. If i click on the screen it takes forever for the controls to come up and i cannot exit fullscreen mode or close the browser window containing either the pop out screen or the original video's window without using the task manager to end them. After the video ends it will exit fullscreen mode on its own like it should and everything then returns to normal.

Forgot to mention that i am running Windows Vista with the latest updates and IE 7
