I bought a Macbook. Tried to to install Windows XP using an un opened reinstallation cd thru VM fusion. All seemed to go smoothly but it is now requiring an administrator password to log in. Before this, I was not asked to set up such password. How do I or is there a way to get thru or around this?

I'm guessing it's asking for an Admin login password, the same one you use to log into your Admin account. You do have an Admin account password don't you?

Thats what Im saying. The XP seemed to install flawlessly, no errors or such, did not ask me to set up any pass words. Then a screen popped up asking for an admin password to continue the install. The one I assigned to my Macbook did not work. The XP set up program wanted one for that program. I thought maybe XP has a default one ? Thats why Im here looking for help.
