Hello,
I have a user who can view our network from home using a sonicwall VPN
connection. We have a crm database on MS Access XP. But he cannot open it. He
gets an error message saying he must copy the database to his local hard
drive. But this obviously has synchronisation implications if there is more
than one copy of the database.

Can anyone please offer a work around!

Thanks in advance,
Brian.

What if he took control of one of the machines in the office, and used this to access the Database as if he were local? That's been my saviour several times with Databases. The latest Symantec PCAnywhere is impressing me.

M
