Once the HJT Coaches feels that you're ready (usually when you become a senior to my understanding), you can help those in the HJT forum under their guidance. I'm not sure on much of that after that, so it's best to wait for a response on it from someone who understands the system.

You have to keep checking the link you posted for openings to the program. Once there are openings, you can begin the application process. As it states in that topic, QUOTE Please Note: Due to the large numbers of requests for training, we utilize an automated program that will open a training slot to applicants when one becomes available.
