New member to the Forum Removing Adware/Malware

Good Evening All,

I'm new to the group and wanted to say hey. I've been attempting to address a Malware/Adware problem for the past 4 days and am trying to stay positive. Everytime I think I've licked these darn pop-ups, they come back. I've tried a bunch of apps, but none seem to work. When I run Spybot S&D in safe mode, I can see the Virtumonde files listed, but nothing seems to catch them. I also tried Vundofix and it didn't work either. I'm going to poke around the forum and see what I can find. I'm confident I'm in the right place now.

I suggest you start a thread in Am I infected? What do I do? stating all your symptoms, any steps you have already taken in an attempt to solve the problem, and any other details you can provide that may prove useful. Someone should be able to help you there!
