Our Toshiba laptop will not turn on. At first, we would be in the middle of an application and it would just turn off. I would power it back on and it would work for awhile....but now it will not even power up. Do I need to take it in or is there something else I can try first?
Thanks!

Try it with just the battery connected and not the power supply. And then try it the other way round.

I had a similar proplem a few years back where the battery ended up dead and the laptop would not work with it connected.
