I have a problem already for a few months.
When my Windows Vista Business starts - everything freeze. Nothing works for a few minutes.
Event Viewer says next:

I'd found some people with the similar problem - the answer for them was:
to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package
So, I installed - and the problem solved.
BUT only for "once". Next time I start Windows and the problem again appear. I installed that SP again. And again it helped only till next reboot.
I don't know what to do already, and I wish you help me.
