I get this problem where the pages don't load right or don't even load at all in firefox and internet explorer. It happens when I run my computer about 9 hours long then it starts to happen then I have to "restart my computer" or use the "WinsockxpFix" to fix it, but the problem is still there after, 9 or more hours the same thing happens. Alright I know it is not malware causing it because I did numerous scans also internet explorer 8 said the problem was something wrong with the, "Winsock Provider Catalogue problem" and to restart you're computer. Which I already did but didn't help it still persists. Anyone know how to fix this? I'm trying to run my computer 24/7 but this happens.

What version of windows we talking about?

I have seen your question in a couple forums so I will not bore you with the netsh commands because I'm sure you found and used those. Have you installed any software before this started?

Doing a search for this in google has alot of hits, so if I had to guess I would say some malware is doing this. And its fairly nasty because system restore or a complete format seems to best way to fix it. I know you said you scanned but I would go to this post in these forums. I am not sure what you are using to scan but the steps in that post would be a good idea. If they say you are clean then post back here and we'll go from there.
