You don't seem to understand the most basic fact of all...there are any number of situations involving system files, hardware, or software...which can result in a BSOD.

Think of it this way...a BSOD is your system saying "I'm sick", no pinpointed details necessarily on what it is that's making it sick, it can only point out where it hurts.

If the problem lies in the same area/function where the system says it hurts...life is easy. Careful diagnosis can try to determine what's wrong and correct that.

But...if the pain does not initiate in that area, is merely felt there...it becomes the hypothetical chase for a cure.

<<...I just really want to get my computer back up and running, and try to avoid problems like this again.>>

FWIW: One more reason why systematic backing up is important for many users.

IMO...the fact that your system reflects those CMOS battery warnings...should garner your utmost attention. I have the feeling that, until you solve that, you are spinning your wheels guessing at this and that.

You'll have to excuse me, my knowledge of computers is still limited, which I'm hoping to change I'm not just here to fix my own problems I want to try and learn as much as possible as well, so please excuse me ignorance again. I'm just trying to report everything off the top of my head, so excuse me for jumping around.

I'm just thinking till before I replaced the CMOS battery, because I wasn't getting all these errors till I tried to do so good sir.
Also I managed to get the computer to boot properly, and everything for the moment. Turns out I have a computer running RAID, and I had to set it back on, because the defaults don't open it. Also even though I can get things running, there is a problem with the "ALERT! System Battery Voltage Low!" errors. I can bypass this though and it runs perfectly fine from what I see. So, what now good sir, the only problem seems to be the new CMOS battery reading wrong, and even then we can bypass it without error. I'm a bit concern still and I'm wondering what you could tell me. Thank you again.

Alright some more updates.
Like I said I managed to get it up again, however, upon shutting down I got another blue screen, most like the first one I got when my computer automatically restarted. It was a page_fault_in_nonpaged_area BSOD. It happened when I was trying to shut down the computer. Finally on trying to reboot normally, I got another IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal. So the problem is still there, I've replaced the battery, even though I still get "Alert! Low Battery Voltage Errors". I'm fairly sure its a software problem at this point, however, that may just be another stab at the dark. Anyway sir, I'm here like always so feel free to answer whenever you like.

WOW, SOMETHING I HAVEN'T DONE.
Sorry, the sarcasm must be exploding everywhere, let me pick some of that up.
If you've run out of ideas on how this issue with the Alert! System Battery Low! popping up even with a new battery installed, then say so, you don't have to a be a bit of a jerk about it.
