BleepingComputer.com: Screen Saver Will Not Start

Hi Folks:
Came here to look for a Nebuler fix. Worked great!
Question now is, Screen saver won't start by itself on the wifes computer.
Acer Aspire with Vista from Walmart.
It's been a long while, but think it quit after some update.
Is there some registry setting I can check to turn it back on.
It will work when selecting preview in the SS window, but not by itself.
I have tried changing the time to start already.
