Usually is, Mate.
My ISP has Proplems with my Internet Access, but someome else has control over the Lines.
My ISP is preparing the Third Report to those people about the Problem, that is within their Line that they are the only ones Authourized to Control.
Mean time I am Preparing my Report to ACCC about it.
The Controlling Company forgets that People can actuatually complain.
Complaints from where I prepose are considered Seriousily.
Complaints like this have lead to Companies no longer able to Practice in Australia.
