Friend lost password in windows 98, any help getting it back?

Ok so i got a text from a friend that said she had lost her password

She is the only account on that computer.

I have no experience in windows 98. can some one help me help her?

EDIT:
OH an i have no access to the computer and as you can see, she isnt the most computer savvy. So no linux booting, ect.
