Please would you help me, my sister had an email sent to her account thanks to the parental control setup deeming the content to be inappropriate for a 12 year old, so now my sister wants to remove the account but we can't find out how to do it. Also it permanently says my neice is signed in even when my sister has signed her out. What do we do please?
And is this likely to be a hacker or a virus causing the problem? Will closing the account sort the problem?
