cabinet file not found, while extracting directx9

ok i try to extract directx9, and it says it couldnt complete the extraction either because i have low disk space (i have over 100gigs free) or it could be because of a corrupted cabinet file.
so what do i do? do i download another one or something?

i think the system file checker should repair a corrupt file.
