Help
This started this past week sometime. My computer randomly shut itself down one night I was playing Americas Army 3 I think. I rebooted the computer and it came up with a blue screen but not the BSoD. I restarted the computer and it worked fine for the night. It happened a few nights ago to my brother while he was on the computer and wouldnt run properly for the rest of the night. It just started happening tonight and it happened twice. Any suggestions?

Have you considered the possibility of a cooling issue? Problems like this can arise if your computer's CPU gets too hot. It has an in-built safety mechanism that shuts the computer off if the temperature exceeds a certain amount.
Few things to do:
1.Download a CPU temperature monitoring program and see the CPU's temperature. A quick google search will yield many results, some of these programs are free too.
2.Open up the CPU case and check for dust buildup around the fans, etc. Make sure that when the computer is running, the fans are running smoothly, too.
Also, try using the computer once the case is open. If your problem goes away, then it's almost certainly a cooling problem.
