Need to upgrade a broken PC and decided to build my own.

Looking at around £500 budget and have come up with the following.

Was just wondering if anyone could have a look at that and see what they think.

Everything looks good with a few things to know. First, in order to use the Phenom II X4 940 with that board, it must have the F4 BIOS installed. Depending on the stock, it may or may not already be updated. Make sure your power supply is 450W or higher. Which OS are you going to be using?

If it doesnt come with the F4 BIOS is it easy to put it on?

I will be using the Windoss 7 RC1.

Just realised I forgot to even put a PSU on that list sorry. I was going to use a 400W Corsair Power Series PSU.

Flashing the BIOS is easy but risky. A botched flash can brick the motherboard, go to Gigabyte's website for details. At Newegg, some of the users are reporting that the F4 BIOS is already on the motherboard. Depending on the retailer, the stock that has F4 on it might be being sold. The Corsair is a very good PSU but your GPU needs a 400W power supply. The Corsair provides enough power, but you might want to get a 450W to 500W supply for more breathing room with later upgrades.

I have decided to go for a 450W Corsair PSU.

I will also look into who is selling the motherboard with the F4 BIOS already installed.
