Ntvdm.exe Has Stopped Working

please help me guyz...

I have a videocard palit 9500GT super+ 1GB

I install windows vista but it seems there is an incompatibility with the Vtune 7.1 videocard Peripheral..

when i installed the videocard driver, it will appear the installation of direct X 9.0 then the nvidia driver..

when i reboot my system after installed the direct x 9.0 and nvidia driver when after i rebooted and continue to desktop an error pops up

But when i uninstalled the Vtune no error pops up...

System specs:

AMD Phenom x4 9550 black edition 2.6ghz
MSI K9A2 Platinum V2
Geil 800 DDR2 2GB
Thermalight IFX-14 inferno
HEC win+ 550wattz
320 GB seagate barracuda sata


WHAT WOULD I DO GUYZ??? PLZ HELP ME.. tnx

Go to Nvidia's support and download the latest driver for your video card
