I'm taking an online course andneed quick time to view a presentation. windows has blocked this software from downloading because it can't verify the publisher. How do I override that? It doesn't give me the option.

I am using a new laptop with windows vista.

in IE go to tools - internet options advanced tab
see if there is a check next to check signatures on downloaded programs (its near the bottom in security)

good luck
