Strangely enough, my SUPER Anti-spyware found nothing:

What's weird is that on the scan before this particular scan, my SUPERAntiSpyware found 5 viruses: all "Rouge" ones. Then, I tried to do Malwarebytes right after, but my computer restarted. This happened before when I had a computer virus. Is something wrong with my computer or my Malwarebytes?

No action taken sometimes means the Remove Selected button was not clicked or log was copied first.

I'm not entirely sure how my PC is. I think the Internet is fine...but I'm not sure about the entire state of the computer itself...

Please download SmitfraudFix
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.
Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Apparently, my computer and Internet is working very well now....
I didn't perform the Smitfraud scan yet, but I definitely plan to.
By the way, is there something wrong if my computer suddenly restarts and a blue screen appears that says "Checking file system D:"? it happened to me a lot of times in the past, but i never bothered to actually find out what it means. It then just checks over my file system
Thank you so much for your help!!!

Get the compled=te Blue Screen Of Death error message.
Do this to stop the screen so you can read it and post the error.
Click on Start, then right click on My Computer.
Scroll and select Properties, then choose Advanced tab.
Under Start up and Recovery click Settings.
Under System Failure uncheck Automatic System Restart.
Now when the BSOD occurs the screen will stop and you can write the complete error down to post.
EDit:>> You need to update MBAM>>>>
Rerun MBAM like this:
Open MBAM in normal mode and click Update tab, select Check for Updates, when done
click Scanner tab, select Quick scan and scan.
After scan click Remove Selected, Post new scan log and Reboot into normal mode.

I found a bad viral system in my computer yesterday night, from a source called "SKYNET". I deleted it, I think.
Before I started using the Internet this morning, I ran Malwarebytes. I got some bad things already:

Apparently, they are mainly Trojan viruses.
I also receive a Spybot pop-up every time I started the computer. It said that there was a value change in my "Winlogon" and "Userinit" entry and it changed into C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe. I can't tell whether it's bad, and whether I should accept or deny this change...
PS: I don't get the blue screen anymore! :]

One or more of the identified infections is a backdoor trojan.
This allows hackers to remotely control your computer, steal critical system information and download and execute files.
I would counsel you to disconnect this PC from the Internet immediately. If you do any banking or other financial transactions on the PC or if it should contain any other sensitive information, please get to a known clean computer and change all passwords where applicable, and it would be wise to contact those same financial institutions to apprise them of your situation.
Though the trojan has been identified and can be killed, because of it's backdoor functionality, your PC is very likely compromised and there is no way to be sure your computer can ever again be trusted. Many experts in the security community believe that once infected with this type of trojan, the best course of action would be a reformat and reinstall of the OS. Please read these for more information:

When Should I Format, How Should I Reinstall
We can still clean this machine but I can't guarantee that it will be 100% secure afterwards. Let me know what you decide to do.

If worst comes to worst, I will reformat it.
Recently, I've gotten rid of the XP Deluxe Protector bug, and I still find some Trojan bugs in my Malwarebytes and Spybot S&D, some of which I can't get rid of (for example, "Win32.TDSS.reg")
Is it possible to somehow get rid of this backdoor Trojan manually?

First Drweb-cureit
Before we start fixing anything you should print out these instructions or copy them to a NotePad file so they will be accessible. Some steps will require you to disconnect from the Internet or use Safe Mode and you will not have access to this page.
Please download Dr.Web CureIt and save it to your desktop. DO NOT perform a scan yet.
alternate download link
Note: The file will be randomly named (i.e. 5mkuvc4z.exe).
Reboot your computer in "Safe Mode" using the F8 method. To do this, restart your computer and after hearing your computer beep once during startup (but before the Windows icon appears) press the F8 key repeatedly. A menu will appear with several options. Use the arrow keys to navigate and select the option to run Windows in "Safe Mode".
Scan with Dr.Web CureIt as follows:
- Double-click on the randomly named file to open the program and click Start. (There is no need to update if you just downloaded the most current version
- Read the Virus check by DrWeb scanner prompt and click Ok where asked to Start scan now? Allow the setup.exe to load if asked by any of your security programs.
- The Express scan will automatically begin.
(This is a short scan of files currently running in memory, boot sectors, and targeted folders). - If prompted to dowload the Full version Free Trial, ignore and click the X to close the window.
- If an infected object is found, you will be prompted to move anything that cannot be cured. Click Yes to All. (This will move any detected files to the C:\Documents and Settings\userprofile\DoctorWeb\Quarantine folder if they can't be cured)
- After the Express Scan is finished, put a check next to Complete scan to scan all local disks and removable media.
- In the top menu, click Settings > Change settings, and uncheck "Heuristic analysis" under the "Scanning" tab, then click Apply, Ok.
- Back at the main window, click the green arrow "Start Scanning" button on the right under the Dr.Web logo.
- Please be patient as this scan could take a long time to complete.
- When the scan has finished, a message will be displayed at the bottom indicating if any viruses were found.
- Click Select All, then choose Cure > Move incurable.
- In the top menu, click file and choose save report list.
- Save the DrWeb.csv report to your desktop.
- Exit Dr.Web Cureit when done.
- Important! Reboot your computer because it could be possible that files in use will be moved/deleted during reboot.
- After reboot, post the contents of the log from Dr.Web in your next reply. (You can use Notepad to open the DrWeb.cvs report)
Rerun MBAM like this:
Open MBAM in normal mode and click Update tab, select Check for Updates, when done
click Scanner tab, select Quick scan and scan.
After scan click Remove Selected, Post new scan log and Reboot into normal mode.
Staying Updated Calendar of Updates.

I accidentally deleted Userinit.exe from my registry because I thought it was a virus. Now whenever I try to use my computer, a Logon screen comes up and I have to click it at least 3-4 times in order to use my computer.
I tried on Safe Mode, but it just kept logging me off...
