Dear Artic,
Most of the new DVD players will play all versions of burned DVD's. Depending on the quality of the burn will determine the picture quality. Burn slow, better quality. Let us know, junkdk -------------------- Your Hardware Guide.

I use a Sony drive myself. Here is a link for CNET.
