Recently I was asked if it was possible to enable multiple inboxes for people using Outlook under an Exchange server.

I know this to be possible, and I know how to set it up, but what I do not know is the requirements for them.

For example...

User A wants to access both their own email account as well as User C's account
User B needs to have the same setup.

User A is able to open and fully access C's inbox, where B is denied access.

I have set permissions on the inbox level and added User B as well as User A to it. But no luck...I went into the properties of the inbox and did what google told me: "make folder visible".

But that didn't make any difference. Has anyone had a similar issue, or does anyone know the requirements for it, so that I can start to troubleshoot?

Is it possible that you're only allowed to share a mailbox with one other user? :flowers:
