My Windows XP SP3 Computer is infected with a Trojan that A-Squared is calling Trojan'Win32.TDSS!IK. I am having trouble using Internet Explorer and certain programs won't run including Malwarebytes. A-Squared cannot quarantine or delete the infections. AV is provided by Norton IS. I would appreciate your help please.
