MS Baseline Security Analyzer Download from MS

I tried to download "MS Baseline Security Analyzer" a error box came up (This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor.
I have a Dell Dimention 2400, Intel Pentium 4 processor, Intel 845GV system chip set, PCI: 33 MHz bus and 512 mb 333 MHz memory.
What is the problem?
