Hello :D
whenever I start up my cpu I get errors with my registry that spam three times and then its gone, and if I try to get on a control device like device manager it doesnt work. This message appears.

This is a shorter version of the real thing

The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\mmcbase.DLL is not a valid Windows image.

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around

C:\Windows\system32\mmcbase.DLL is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

I don't remember the one when I start up my cpu but I think it was called crypt. something

I would recommend trying SFC.exe:

If you do not have a retail copy of Windows, pay attention to the 2nd post when the i386 folder is discussed
