I am running Trend Micro Housecall 6.5 on both my computers right now, and while one is definitely infected, the other just has a cookie found, but the have both stalled out for over an hour now(total time over 2 hours from start) both at about the same time but at different intervals. the progress bars haven't moved, and the time remaining has gone away. Should I abort and start over or is this normal for Trend Micro?

both are stuck at Scanning files and folders.

Ok I aborted the one with just a cookie and will try tomorrow. The other one seems to be moving now and has 2 results so far, but no info on them.

Anybody now anything about these?
Any suggestions if Trend Micro can't clean them?
