We would like to incorporate some of these folks into our local unit or at least ask them to change. The PDF file looks just like columns of data somewhat like a spreadsheet you would envision. What we would like to do is move the contents of this file into a spreadsheet. That way we could sort by ZIP code of phone prefix or State etc. Can anyone suggest a method for getting this data out of the PDF file and into some spreadsheet such as the one available from Mozilla? Thanks in advance. |

Not so fast there buddy, you have some options
http://www.cogniview.com/articles/pdf-to-xls-converter.php There are tools out there that will allow you to convert files to different types. This is one such tool, a google search of "pdf to xls converter" should give you a list of available options, some free, some trial, some not so free. Hope this helps |
