Hi guys, I recently built a new computer, and the front usb doesn't work. Everything else works, such as the audio and microphone ports, but the usb does not.

Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16813135085
I tried connecting the usb female part to USB1 USB2 and USB3 yet the front panel doesn't work. Should I RMA the case?

For some reason this seems to be a very common problem with built PC's, the only thing i could think to tell you is that maybe a driver is required because i personally also have this problem and i am yet to figure it out

Front USB on some motherboards...do not work because an additional connection is required. I have had boards where this has occurred.

Some cases have front USB ports that only work with USB 1.1 .
Go in the BIOS setup & see if there is a "USB Legacy support" [or something of that nature] & set it to Enable or Auto then try your front ports.
Not all devices work in front ports either.
I have 1 flash drive that will work in some units front USB but not others.

Edit: I have tried the Legacy USB support, and it was already enabled in BIOS, yet it still does not work. :\
Ok thanks guys, I'll try. Judging from the NewEgg reviews, no one seems to be having this problem.
I have included pictures.
Female part of the USB

Male part of the USB on the motherboard

Connected.

Sorry about the quality, I don't have my current camera right now so I used my phone. Also, I tried many USB devices, and none of them work. Is this a case problem? If so, can I RMA it?
Thanks again.
