utorrentproblem has infected my laptop sent to highjack this and you but don't know what to do

Hi I was on utorrent when i got an error message ....the requested operation cannot be performed on a file with auser mapped section open....

I then went to a utorrent forum that sugested using highjack this wich i did once scanned it said it couldn't determine wther the infected files were safe to remove or not so sent me to analyse this and here i am !!!! but i don't know how to show you the stuff to analyse!!!please help :huh:
