I sent a PM to Net_Surfer about using ComboFix to remove a virus from my computer. He suggested I post it in the public forum. Here's the PM:

Hi Net_Surfer,
I stumbled across your post here about using ComboFix to get rid of viruses and other malware. Well, I actually didn't 'stumble'; I was directed by some helpful people at www.computerforums.org. You can check out my post that explains the problem I'm having here.
Anyway, I followed through your guide on how to use ComboFix up to the point where it generates a report. I have no idea what spa1 is or anything you refer to after that point. In any case, the virus is still there. I'm hoping you can help me a little further. I posted the report here. Can you gleen anything from it? Would you know what the next step is for me?
I appreciate any help you can give me, and thanks in advance.

Now since then, my antivirus has been saying that it detected FraudTool.Win32.WinPCDefender as riskware (which is new). It said it was found in C:\System Volume Information\_restore{9A04BC89-D1AD-4F14-A896-E01204C26CF7}\RP1587\A0183657.exe. I don't suppose it's finding ComboFix itself or something related to it, is it?
Anyway, any help I can get would be much appreciated.
