Won't Boot

The bios runs then I get drive not found. When I go into bios nothing is recognized. Because the roms are not recognized I can't use a bootable disk. The hard drive is sata. I don't have another sata system to try a parallel install. Any Ideas ? Could this be a pcb problem ?:huh:
