Hi guys,

Just got my pc cleaned up recently, using the typical routine suggested here. Got rid of everything im presumming. But here recently it seems as if my connection doesnt want to flow continuous. My videos start playing then after a few secs, it stops loading the feeds etc, then just hangs there. While surfing the web, it does the same thing, real long hangs, then connection resumes. Also this carries over the my sons Playstation3, he starts a game online, then it hangs aso. It pretty much works as long as im not using much bandwidth. Any idea? Thx

Have you tried to reboot the modem?

Yea, by disconnecting it in the back for a few secs, then replacing it. Is there a more formal way of doing it?
