Treo650 and Hotsync Reestablishing Hotsync with Treo 650

I have a Treo650 that I used with work and it synced with Novell Groupwise. The syncing was done with Intellisync. I have now retired and want to sync with Outlook on my home computer. The Palm Desktop was downloaded but nothing happens when I try to sync. I am on Windows XP and have updated it. I do not see Hotsync Manager on my Treo. Activesync is on it along with Intellisync. Does anyone have any suggestions on what needs to be done to get the Treo650 syncing with Outlook? Thanks..
