Constant lock ups and errors in Server 2008 error log attached

Using Server 2008 32 bit Standard.

I am pulling my hair out... I have a server that constantly has errors in log, performance and reliablility is down to around 2... I have updated drivers, updated windows server 2008 std, etc...

I am about to reformat and re-install... anything else I can try?

Error log attached, it pretty much says it all...
