I have 3 very annoying problems with installing Neverwinter Nights 2

The first one was "Data4.cab is not ready" the second one was "data3.cab is not ready" and the last is data5.cab: incorrect function.

its always one of these three issues every time I try to install this, is there anyway to fix it?
If I'm posting, I probably have something horribly wrong with my computer, there's no obvious explanation for it, that's just the way it is.

What OS are you running? Is this a legitimate copy of the game?

I am going to be entirely honest (though I know its against the rules) no, its not legitimate but no one on the site I got it from is having these problems and Ive had the same issues with like 6 different copies, so I don't think its the fact that its illegitimate.

and just to throw this out there, i am only torrenting it because my friend borrowed mine and broke it and now I really wanna play it again.

and I am running XP professional SP3
