You have a Intel D946GZIS motherboard.
Here are your drivers, http://downloadcenter.intel.com/filter_res...mp;submit=Go%21 I suggest you install the Chipset [INF] driver first followed by the video, sound , & LAN drivers. -------------------- OCZ StealthXstream 700W,Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R , Xeon 3070, Arctic Freezer Pro 7, 2GB G.Skill PC8500,Sapphire Radeon HD 3850 [512MB], Seagate 250GB SATA II X2 in RAID 0, Samsung SATA DVD burner.

I have a similar problem. I reinstalled Windows XP professional on my Dell Dimension 4700 and now can't connect to the interenet because I don't have the ethernet adapter driver installed. I went to the Dell driver download site and tried to download what I think are the correct drivers to my laptop to then put on my pc but the drivers wouldn't download. Any suggestions ? should I start a new thread?
