I just installed a new PC at a clients and shut off the hibernate and stuff like that. I cannot, though, get it to stop locking their session after 10 minutes. How can I stop this from happening? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure I understand your question properly but if you are refering to needing a password after the screensaver has come on & the display has turned off go to Control Panel>Display & click the screensaver tab.
On the page take the check mark out of "On resume paeeword protect"
