Desperatley Seeking Sound

I cant get sound from my cpu when I click on the speaker icon It says no audio ouput device installed, operating on windows vista/ intel pentium D processor 820/T5224 desktop PC any suggestions
Processor: 2.8GHz Pentium D 820
Memory: 1GB DDR2
Storage: 250GB hard drive
Optical Drives: 16x double-layer DVD±RW
Monitor: 17-inch wide-screen LCD
Graphics: Integrated Intel GMA 950
Operating System: Windows Vista Home Premium

4006160R - Intel (Council Bluffs) 945G motherboard
4006159R - Systemboard Intel G965 uATX, w/ 1394, 10/100
1014162 - T5224 - ECS

Have you gotten sound before?
If so, hit start, and type in "device manager". Hit enter.

Under Sound, Video, and Game controllers, check and see if you audio is there.

Also, double click your volume and hit "Mixer"
What does it say?
