Right click on the Windows 7 desktop and select Personalize. You will see the 5 default themes,
but there are 5 more hidden themes in Windows 7.

To access them, through Explorer’s Folder Options, check Show hidden files, folders, or drives and uncheck show the protected operating system files.

Now navigate to C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT

You will see the 5 zonal theme folders, Australia, Canada, Great Britain, USA & South Africa.

Click on the themes file inside each Themes folder to activate the themes.

These are some really nice themes.

Don't understand why M$ would hide them.

Once a theme is executed and activated, the theme will be available and saved into Personalization options, so that user can select this theme directly from the personalization settings.
Next to go to Folder Options to reverse the steps to hide the hidden and protected system files and folders again.
