Friends system won't boot all the way, even in safe mode. BSOD says Explorer error. Is there a keystroke I can use to go directly to System Restore during boot?

I want to thank you guys for responding to my post, but my friend had already formatted her hard drive before I could get an answer. I will be back, hopefully to help others.
