Hi! I am trying to remove my motherboard from the motherboard tray. I have a Dell computer. I have removed all of the screws but ran into a snag. The stock heatsink that is over the Pentium chip won't come off. I was able to remove the actual heatsink unit but the black frame that is attached to motherboard and the tray will not come off. It is two black pieces that each have 2 clear plastic type screws in them. The problem is the screws do not have actual heads they are just flat and down in the black frame so far that I can't grab ahold of them with any tool I have. Please help! How do I remove the frame from the motherboard to remove the motherboard from the tray!

Thanks a bunch!

Tell us the exact model number and one of the Dell experienced people here may be able to help you. In the meantime have you checked the Dell site for a manual?
