Can someone advise the on-line command to use to obtain inputs from users at windows prompt? For e.g. my script may contain the following: echo Please enter your ID: Next, I would like the user to enter his/her ID and have this ID redirect to a file. What is the command to use after the first echo statement? Thanks. |

HI,
I'm just trying to prompt the user for id and to redirect what the user enters, into a file. Thanks. |
